Setting up a new blog for my aquatic hobby.
Got a new Nikon D40 to get better quality pictures.
My point and shoot compact digital is very good for family photos. BUT, the resolution is inadequate for landscapes and close up pictures.
For my first photo adventure, I went to Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in D.C.
Also a webpage with the same pictures at geocities, where I have many other pages.
my old webpage is geocities.com/mharnet, and it’s mostly about Ayurveda, with which I spent 20 years living and working, mostly in D.C.
I also have two webpages at Geocities, that is a mixture of re-printed articles from The Washington Post going back for many years.

Last weekend, there was a monthly meeting of GWAPA, Greater Washington Area Aquatic Plant Association.
Next weekend, an outing to Suitland bog in Maryland. That should be fun to see carnivorous plants in the wild.
